Is the offer really firm?
Yes. If the bag matches what you showed us, the price cannot change — it holds for 48 hours in writing. If the condition differs in hand, you get a revised number before anything else happens: accept it, or we return the bag free, insured, no questions.
Who pays for shipping?
We do, both directions. Your prepaid label is insured up to $5,000 with signature required on delivery, and if the carrier loses a bag we pay your full offer regardless — the bag is our risk from the moment it leaves your doorstep. US addresses only for now.
When do I actually get paid?
The day your bag arrives. It's authenticated at HQ the same day it lands, and payment goes out by wire or ACH before 6 p.m. That's the honest version of "same day" — and we publish our revision rate to prove the number sticks.
